We put 3 of them in 2500sqft of the comms facility on Mt Oso. Peak of the summer, it was hard to sleep up there at night and after haloween, you needed arctic gear till mid April.
Fortunately the place runs on automatic, only needing us for maintenance.
Well the place is habitable year round now. Just leave them running all the time and since they contain variable frequency drive on the motors, they are surprisingly economical.
